Evan Peters as 'Quicksilver' in the X-Men franchise and MCU
The latest episode of the newest Marvel Studios entry into the MCU, the Disney+ original WandaVision, has officially changed the Marvel Universe forever.
As you can see, the episode ended on a shocking reveal of Wanda's dead brother, Pietro/Quicksilver, knocking at her door. Except, to the confusion of everyone, we instead see Quicksilver from the Fox X-Men films as played by Evan Peters.
This marks Peters' fifth time portraying the character of Quicksilver on screen.

As fans wait to see what this shocking reveal means, there is also a new theory going around involving the commercials in WandaVision. As you can see below, so far they seem to line up with each infinity stone, but is there more to it?

Coming right off the heels of its Jimmy Kimmel premier, Marvel has released the first trailer for the upcoming Doctor Strange!
The trailer does not disappoint either, with a mix of Inception and The Matrix, Marvel looks to actually change the superhero genre once more with its take on The Sorcerer Supreme
I've decided to take a trip around the web and find some rumors involving some very odd and most likely fake stories involving some of our favorite heroes.
Variety is currently reporting that the beloved Marvbel character "Frank Castle" AKA Punisher is being developed over at FOX. It is reported that ABC (Apart of Disney, which owns Marvel) sold the television rights to FOX.
The Punisher is described as an hour-long procedural with a Marvel signature and a new take on one of comic book giant’s iconic characters, Frank Castle, a rising star detective with the NYC Police Department who moonlights as the vigilante Punisher seeking justice for those the system has failed. Bernero will executive produce along with Marvel. This marks the first sale this season and the first one ever outside of ABC for Disney-owned Marvel, which is developing TV series based on its properties through ABC Studios.
Now Marvel currently has at least two shows already in production at ABC, so this news doesn't shock me much...... IF it turns out to be true. But after three movies will television show the Punisher we deserve? You decide for yourselves in the comments.
The long awaited first trailer for The Avengers has hit the web and it lives up to fan expectations. Take a look at it below (including our first look at The Hulk!!!)
Now for some exciting news regarding this much anticipated film!
Courtesy of EW, we now know that the only Avenger to take down the Hulk will be......Hawkeye?!?
Like Black Widow, he’s the only regular human in The Avengers, which gives him a working-class-superhero pride. “The only sort of thing I cling to is the relationship of past experiences with Scarlett’s character, with them both being human. I can cling to that,” says Jeremy Renner. But there’s no insecurity. “Quite the opposite,” the actor says. “He’s the only one who can really take down The Hulk with his tranq tip arrows. He knows his limitations. But when it comes down to it, there has to be a sense of confidence in any superhero.”

We recently got a chance to see some old test footage for the Avengers video game that was ultimately shut down after the studio, THQ Brisbane, closed its doors. Now thanks to Kotaku we now have some pretty cool gameplay footage, and some cool info on the game, check it out below!
The source tells Kotaku Australia that it was the only game that THQ Studio Australia (Studio Oz) was working on at the time of the closure and they had already poured 18 months of hard work into crafting what was anticipated to be a high quality Marvel movie game instead of just another licensed title.
When the developers at the studio got wind that Studio Oz was in trouble, they made these videos for Marvel in hope that the comic book giant would come on board and prevent any closures. Despite the superhero first-person brawler impressing Marvel, the project was ultimately canned by THQ.
The game was being developed for Xbox 360 and PS3, with THQ’s Melbourne studio, Blue Tongue, said to have been working on the PC version. Our source tells us that approximately 200 people in total were working on the game, including Blue Tongue and outsourcing.
A first person brawler? That would have been interesting to see in Avengers format. And did anyone notice Vision? How about the Super Skrulls with X-Men and Fantastic Four powers, so I'm going to take that as a pretty clear indication that the Skrulls will NOT be the villains in The Avengers.
Our very own member and writer, "Armageddon26", recently had a interview (not in person) with the now famous Phil Coulson, a.k.a. actor Clark Gregg!
Check it out below:
KYMN: You recently starred in Thor, how was filming different compared to Iron Man?
Clark Gregg:
In Thor, Coulson's running the show for SHIELD. Again got to work with an amazing cast and a talented director who's also an actor.
KYMN: You've already talked about voicing Phil Coulson in Ultimate Spider-Man, but it got a lot of fans asking if the show is set in the same universe as the other Marvel movies Thor, Iron Man, Avengers, etc. ?
Gregg: Feels like a different part of the same universe, where Coulson is the principaland the boss of EVERYONE
KYMN: Lol, must be a good universe; Now Thor 2 and Iron Man 3 both start production next year, will you have any thing to do with either movie?
Gregg: I'm sorry, you're breaking up. I must be in a spoiler free twitter dead zone. That or Marvel has their jamming devices aimed at me.
KYMN: Fine lol, when you return to directing again?
Gregg: Prepping my new film right now. Shoots in October. An original comic neo-noir called "Trust Me."
KYMN: Any cast details right now?
Gregg: Can't say yet. (Clark has previously stated that he is seein if the cast of "The To Do List")
KYMN: What was it like being a huge part in connecting a entire cinematic universe?
Gregg: I still think it's just a spectacular geeked out dream I'm going to wake up from.
KYMN: Would you like your character to return for more films and tv shows?
Gregg: Absolutely.
You can see Clark Gregg in THOR and the upcoming 2012 film "The Avengers"!
