The newest photos were taken in Time Square and feature Chris Evans AND Samuel L. Jackson,this most likely means that this takes place after he is relleased from the "Ice Berg" like in the comics,and he has now returned to modern time:

Deffiently does not look like Marvel's best animation but it still looks worthy of a looking at so when it comes out on Blu-ray and DVD release May 17,I will buy it......
