No Ultimate Avengers 3 Plans?

Marvel's Ultimate Avengers is a two movie series from 2006 featuring The Avengers, or basically "The Ultimates" and at the end of the second movie The Hulk escapes and the Avengers mourn the loss of Hank Pym, leading for a  possible sequel but the Marvel.com's Editorial Director has almost confirmed that there will not be a third movie.

Answering a question via twitter if there are any plans for a Ultimate Avengers 3 he replied

 So unfortuantly for any Ultimate Avengers fan, it dosn't look like there will be a third movie.

The Identity Of The New Ultimate Spider-Man Is Revealed As.....Miles Morales?!?

The new Spider-Man has been revealed to ne a new 13 year old character named Miles Morales. He is half-black and half-hispanic and in a interview with Brian Bendis we find out more details.

What Bendis says about the theme of the new storyline:

"The theme is the same: With great power comes great responsibility," says writer Brian Michael Bendis. "He's going to learn that. Then he has to figure out what that means."
MARVEL's new E.I.C. Alex Alonso has this to say about Mr. Morales: "What you have is a Spider-Man for the 21st century who's reflective of our culture and diversity. We thinkthat readers will fall in love with Miles Morales the same way they fell in love with Peter Parker."

He also explains that the inspiration for the Caharacter came from Community star Donald Glover:

"He looked fantastic!" Bendis recalls. "I saw him in the costume and thought, 'I would like to read that book.' So I was glad I was writing that book."

He also added:

"It's certainly long overdue," Bendis says. "Even though there's some amazing African-American and minority characters bouncing around in all the superhero universes, it's still crazy lopsided."
