A year full of "Marvel's" is gearing up for its second major push of 2016 following Civil War, Daredevil, Agent Carter, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
How do you revitalize a deserving show with dwindling viewers? You introduce something they can't resist. In this case they introduced a fan-favorite character in the form of Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes specifically, though so far he has more in common with Blaze). Ghost Rider has been a huge success in the two episodes he has appeared in , nearly replacing the hole left by Brett Dalton's absence. CGI work has been slightly dodgy but the acting and portrayal is great so far, leaving a lot to like.
Along with the addition of Ghost Rider we are also presented with a new, darker S.H.I.E.L.D. and a lot of major shake-ups since season 3 ended earlier this year.
Luke Cage
After giving a scene-stealing guest performance on Jessica Jones last year he returns today with a series of his own, action packed and full of amazing performances. Luke Cage is really fighting for any Marvel fans top spot.
Doctor Strange
Marvel's final film release of the year sure seems to be something special. With such a talented cast and a great, unique character, Doctor Strange is going to change the MCU in an entirely new way.
RECAP
Marvel Studio's 2016 also brought about plenty of noteworthy news and castings for projects including Thor: Ragnorak, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Guardians of The Galaxy Vol.2, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, and The Runaways. So don't expect the MCU to slow down anytime soon
